Plenty of sand to play in by the lake, a pool and hot tub, and kayaks to take out on the water. The house features a beautifully updated full kitchen in an open living area with everything you need. The back of the house features a screened in porch and sunny patio overlooking the pool, the lake, and Texas Hill Country. As you wind down, the bedrooms and main living space all have televisions with streaming. The main space is wide open from the kitchen to dining and living room, which leads directly to the screened in patio and porch. Beyond that is the hot tub, pool, and lake. Off of the main living space is a long hallway separating bedrooms from the living room. Each of the bedrooms including guest bathroom are accessed by this hallway. We provide a desk, 27" monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam and 200mpbs internet with a battery backup for remote workers. The desk has all amenities attached to a USB-C hub, which means one simple connection for charging, monitor, mouse, etc. There is covered parking out front as well as additional space for vehicles off the street. The house is within a short drive to restaurants and HEB in Kingsland as well as boat rental and other attractions on the water. The sand by the water has a fine texture and is fun to play in. At normal water level, there are plenty of shallow water areas for the kiddos to play. Video recording devices: A ring doorbell as well as one external camera on the front and back yard are present. It was a bit difficult to get the kayaks into the water, but we were able to manage it. The water levels were low but that may be just because of the time of year we visited. Once in, there saw lots of fish, turtles and we even saw bald eagles flying overhead! We greatly enjoyed our time in their home! 4.8 stars!! ##### Jennifer F. It was a great location for short trips to Marble Falls, Fredericksburg and even Austin. We went to the Texas Longhorn Caverns, Marble Falls for shopping and Bluebonnet Cafe pies, easy few minute drive to the lakeside burger restaurant and groceries. The house had storage for days and a well stocked kitchen with all tools/pans needed. The kids finished every night in the hot tub and we always enjoyed the sunset off the back patio. We found it in this home. There was something for everyone here. We enjoyed how open the house felt. The backyard and pool was amazing and refreshing. We enjoyed the kayaks, and fishing in the river as well. There were a couple of things about the home I wanted the owners to know when we got there, and they responded right way. Great communication. Too cold for pool but it looks awesome and clean. Hot tub was nice, like room for 4 and there were cup holders. WiFi was perfect, tvs in every room was a huge plus. Lots of food storage and appliances. Loved the kayaking, you do need to carry them to a non shallow area of the lake so bring some water shoes to avoid stickers. House is about 20-minutes to 3 different towns Llano, marble falls, and Burnet. Each have some interesting museums and restaurants.
