Relax at night next to the expansive built-in firepit: relish under the stars next to the peaceful lakeside or enjoy some fireside smores with friends and family. Inside, the open floorplan invites you in with its spacious living room with expansive picture windows that frame breathtaking lake views. The main floor master suite provides convenience, while the private downstairs area offers 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a secondary living space, all with equally captivating views. The living room futons provide extra space for lounging. The kitchen is fully furnished to assist with family gatherings, including two refrigerators, double ovens, induction cooktop, as well as many gadgets to help prepare meals. Plenty of parking with the expansive wrap-around driveway, covered car ports, and multiple garages. Dog friendly so you don't have to leave your four-legged family members behind (\*note, one time pet fee charged per reservation for cleaning pass through\*). • The most famous spot on the Llano River in Kingsland, Texas, is "The Slab" is within 2 miles ... It is a popular, free public swimming hole and recreational area known for its expansive granite bedrock, shallow wading areas, and rock-hunting opportunities  
• Boat Town Burger Restaurant/Bar within 2 miles (others located close by)  
• Grocery Store within 3 miles  
• Public Boat Ramp within 3 miles (smaller boat launch available within 1 mile)

This is our third property rental on River Oaks in Kingsland. We love this location and the beautiful Llano River. This house was well-equipped, clean, and the communication with the property manager was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have been coming to LBJ for years and this house is our new favorite. My husband and I enjoyed a weekend our dog and we will definitely be back with our kids! This is a perfect house for couples or families. The deck is wonderful and there are games, water activities and a huge, beautiful yard!

This property is spectacular. The view from the top deck and also the lower patio was beautiful and very relaxing. Beds were very comfy and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back soon. Great contact with owner when needed. Kids had fun fishing and access to boat lift was a plus.
