About this property

Luxury WATERFRONT home with HEATED POOL AND SPA Sleeps 28+

  • A modern style freshly renovated 3,500 square ft lake front property on Lake LBJ!

    The property is located in a no-wake cove off the busy lake, perfect for swimming and fishing. Dredging was recently completed in 2022 around the swim deck about 20’+ out from concrete swim deck. Depth should be about 8’+ deep or more to allow our guest to jump into the lake any style you want, however, We do ask that you do not dive in head first for your safety! There is (2) green fishing lights installed to attract fish at night, some of the best fishing happen at night!

    Tired of swimming in the lake? Then jump into our heated/chilled pool with attached spa. Spa is large for 6-10 guest at one time. Pool comes with a built in pool cover for the safety of our guest and is controlled via app for the duration of your stay. Heat for pool does come with an additonal fee starting at $350 for your stay, but the spa is free of additonal charge.

    Our home has everything included and is equipped with a boathouse overlooking the cove, and an indoor and outdoor kitchen with a propane grill. Entertainment outside includes outdoor TV, corn hole boards, 2 Kayak’s, 2 SUP boards, a floating swim pad and Lilly pad available for use, along with a huge furnished concrete pad for fishing/fun/sun/relaxing. On our concrete pad you will find a well furnished seating area and a pergola with fans and electricity to sit back and relax and mingle near the water. All of this is topped off with an outdoor/WiFi Sonos stereo system that is easily accessible via any device connected to the property wide WiFi.

    All TV’s in the home are “smart” and in the boathouse you will find video games to play between all your water activities.

    Bringing your boat or Ski’s? Please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange details for you or arrange for our boat slip to be available. Our guests will have access to a boat launch located directly in our backyard. Dock cleats are on our concrete pad for tying up as well. Jet ski and boat slips are available for an additional fee.

    Bringing your furry friends? Our property is 100% fenced off but will allow your furry family member into every room on the property. Additionally, pets are welcome inside just please keep them off the furniture. : ) Additional fee of $200 applies.

    NorthShore is a property where you can bring your family, friend or even co-workers and leave with everlasting memories! Y’all will be asking to come back, guaranteed! : )

Perfect Family Getaway!

We have family in the area and wanted everyone together for Christmas. This house was everything we wanted and more. The space was perfect for our big family to spread out but also get together under one roof or the outdoor area to enjoy each other’s company. We left already planning our next stay. The host, Jay was available even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. A new family tradition was born and many more memories were made!

Beautiful Property, plenty of Amenities

My family stayed recently and are still talking about how much fun they had. The outdoor area of this property is what really stands out, and they've made sure to include almost everything you need to have a good time. Plenty of shade and seating, clean grounds, an amazing concrete dock, etc. Another big plus for us was that we were able to take more than 2 pets with us. We made arrangements to pay additional pet deposit fees for this to happen, but the owners are definitely pet friendly here. Jay was easy to communicate with if we had questions and we would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Perfect!

This was a beautiful location with so many amenities, that we didn't have time to use them all. The separation of the four places (bunkhouse, boathouse, boat area, and main house) was perfect for our family reunion. We had 24 stay overnight and an additional five joined us during the day. We were together but could go off in small groups. The only negative thing was that there was no toilet in the boathouse. Other than that, perfect!

Great stay for our bach trip!

We had a joint bach trip with 13 guests. It was a great spot with lots of space to run around with the dogs, hop on the lake, and enjoy your people! We had an issue on arrival about the Lilypads not being available and our host answered quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Also, be careful with the pool. There are signs posted but it is VERY slippery!! I am completely sober and I slipped! It didn’t hurt, but just be careful, especially if you have kiddos!

Family gathering

The property is perfect for a large family gathering with the main house, bunk house and boat house to spread everyone out! The outdoor space was my favorite. So much to do with all the lawn games, seating, outdoor kitchen area, docks, fishing, lake activities... Endless activities. We had all ages there and everyone was thoroughly entertained from 5 years old to 70 years old. The location was great, protected from the wind and activities from the larger lake area. The kids could be safely on the lake without the fear of boats and jet skis zooming by. The host was quick to respond to needs as well. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Relaxing Spring Break

We stayed here over Spring Break. The first day was hot and the AC in the boathouse didn’t seem to be working so we reached out to the property manager the next day since that first night was cold and we were fine by night time. They were able to get a tech out by the 3rd day to get the issue fixed. The pool was a little confusing to operate so hopefully they can provide more instructions on that in the binder at the entrance with all the other great information. Other than that, the place was beautiful with plenty of space and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves whether it was inside, in the pools, by the grill, or fishing. But heads up, don’t leave your fish on a stringer or you risk nearby fisherman coming to steal it overnight.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property overall, cozy, clean and laid out nice, plenty of room for everyone. BUT! For the price I paid a night the property should have been impeccable with everything in working order. The outdoor kitchens were horrendous, gas grill was sooo full of grease it started on fire. Thank God no trip to the ER, the other grills were equally disgusting. Not cleaned and obviously not checked, prior to our arrival. Sonos Sound system worked sporadically, spa was out of order, due to the mosquito larvae swimming in it has been out for awhile. Notified by owner the day of our arrival that they recently been notified of malfunction on hot tub and parts were on order. According to a previous review it has been an issue for awhile.Very sad to see the lack of attention and maintenance for such a gorgeous piece of property...Huge disappointment for what I paid...

Perfect for our family vacation

We have a large family and trying to find one home to fit everyone is always a challenge. This property fit the bill nicely. We had enough beds for everyone using the pullout couch in the living room, the location was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The only two downsides were the hot tub not working and there was no A/C in the boat house. There were fans, which helped, but it was very hot during the daytime hours. We stuck the kids in there though so all the adults had A/C. The hot tub wasn't ever hot and the jets didn't stay on for more than a couple minutes at a time. We had one of the kids stand on the outside and push the buttons for us to keep it going. Other than that we had no complaints. We loved the use of the kayaks and paddle boards and the open grassy area was great for the kids to play. The fences gave us an extra sense of security since we had so many kiddos running around. It was nice to keep them contained at night and not worry about them accidentally falling into the water. All in all, this was a wonderful find. We really love our time at Lake LBJ and this house was a great setting for our annual family vacation.

Our group loves everything about this place including all the space and amenities. The layout of the separate buildings and bedrooms works so well for large groups. It is very well stocked with everything you may need and the outdoor area is massive. Can’t wait to come back again!
