This house has 2 levels, with the master bedroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs, and a 4th large bedroom upstairs with a loft. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the loft is furnished with 3 twin beds plus a full size futon. In addition, the downstairs living room as a fold-out sleeper sofa. This house is ideal for multiple families to spend time together at the lake. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is also a full and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The upstairs bedroom and loft share a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with its own private vanity. This clean and inviting home is situated along 100 feet of open water with fantastic sunset views. The home also has a covered outdoor living area equipped with an outdoor refrigerator, barbecue grill, pizza oven, fireplace, patio furniture, with cabinetry and granite countertops making it the perfect spot for enjoying dinner, drinks, and watching the sunset. There is also an uncovered wood deck which is ideal for sunbathing by day, and star gazing by night. The water front includes a dock with boat lift, double jet ski ramp, plenty of open water for swimming, floating and fishing. Plenty of open grass area for yard games and hanging out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the space provided plenty of room for us all without being cramped. Since it was cool, the outdoor fireplace allowed us to enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake throughout the day and well into the evening. If there had been a tv on the patio where we could have watched all the football games, I’m pretty sure we would have not gone inside except to eat and sleep - and play a few games around the table! Tracy was a most gracious host responding quickly to my questions, had a full propane tank ready for us to grill our steaks, and even took out extra steak knives so no one had to share! I hope we can return this summer to take full advantage of the property being right on the water, but in the meantime I highly recommend this beautiful lakefront home to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery! ##### Valerie K.
