There’s granite sand to sprawl out on and even spots to fish. It’s a very unique natural formation that makes for a perfect family day at the River. If you are a large family with kids or 2 couples with kids this is the place for you. The main house is for the adults and the separate bunkhouse, with its own bathroom, is a kids dream. Outside we have a 6 person hottub (please note, the hot tub does not have powerful jets.) , a trampoline, swings, a fire pit and a soccer goal. The kids enjoyed the bunk house and the trampoline, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed! Having the crate at the house was very convenient (it was one less thing we had to carry with us). Location is very good, close to all the turistic attractions, Parks, river, Marble Falls (where we ate at a great restaurant by the river), etc. Overall, I really recommend this place to make good memories with family! ##### Rebeca F. The private access to the lake was perfect. The kids played for hours in the sand and water. The separate bunk house for our older children allowed them to stay up late playing video games and sleep in late the next morning. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. What a beautiful and comfortable stay at this unique lake front property! We traveled with two families and both have teen girls. The smaller bunkhouse was perfect! You have a beautiful view of the lake from the front porch or have access to a private neighborhood beach that is a short walk or drive. We chose to drive ONLY because we had a lot of water toys. Just like vacationing at the beach bring a wagon to cart everything! The house was immaculate, plenty of games, activities, thought out extras for families and plenty of space to spread out and just enjoy being at the lake.
