Other Things to Note: Security cameras located on the outside the property We are available to our guests via phone, text, email, or in person if need be. Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, there will be a minimum charge of $500\. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. I was very impressed at how clean the place was when we arrived. Lights were left on in case we arrived after dark and the air conditioner was on and it was cool in the house. My family loves the lake area, with a dock big enough for enjoying the water, whether you are in the water or just sitting by the water. The location on the water was so lovely and beautiful. The house was quite clean, save for a few popcorn crumbs in one of the rooms upon our arrival so the cleaners just missed a spot. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of cookware, the grill worked great, and there was comfortable seating all over the property. The wifi gave out the second day and we weren't able to get that corrected, which was a little frustrating and we didn't get a response very quickly by the rental company when we inquired about a question. It was really nice to have a little paddle boat on the property that we could use (a big plus!)- in retrospect, would have been nice to have access to kayaks or canoes or paddle-boards so do arrange to rent or bring your own if you want to do any water sports.
