    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Gravelled sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The property is accessed by a low door.. Pump Cottage enjoys a prime position in much sought-after Brancaster Staithe. Close to the pretty little harbour this exclusive village is the home to creeks and marshes galore and is also very close to one of this area’s finest beaches. It is also home to an award-winning inn, which offers fabulous lunches and dinners overlooking the marshes and is a great draw for locals and visitors alike. Pump Cottage is a traditional brick and flint house that offers a warm welcome to guests. And the addition of a wood burner makes this a great year-round choice for your short break or holiday too.

    Traditionally decorated it offers a comfortable retreat for those seeking a cosy coastal getaway where they can truly relax and unwind. Those wanting to explore this stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty will find a coastline packed with wide beaches, rolling sand dunes, creeks, harbours, salt and clay marshes, stripey cliffs and picturesque quays.

    You will also find this an area packed with history with the Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates along with Castle Acre and Castle Rising and the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn all within easy reach. Nature lovers will find themselves simply immersed in wildlife, with great walks and cycle routes to explore almost from your door. And after a full day’s sightseeing and taking in that fine sea air you can return to Pump Cottage for a great night’s sleep. Just lovely.
