"Parking is free in the basement! A negative (not their fault) is the traffic light just outside the hotel. Many drivers accelerate quickly when the light turns green making a loud roar. "

"The kitchen was great, with all the basics, which is the main reason I chose this hotel. The staff was friendly but hard to get hold of. Parking was available but rather a tight squeeze on some days. There was a safe in the room but it was locked when I arrived and they were not able to open it for me so unfortunately I had to carry my valuables around with me for 3 days. "

"The parking situation is very tough especially if you have a large vehicle. You need larger forks in you rooms perhaps. Room 211 had the smallest of forks to use to eat with. Room was clean and staff was friendly and professional."

"The place has a lovely view of the city lights and is on a beautiful hillside. It's quiet and peaceful with easy access to downtown Los Gatos. Los Gatos is a quaint small town set in the hillside of the Santa Cruz Mtns. 30 min drive in either direction gets you to the heart of Silicon Valley or the coastline beaches of Santa Cruz. The sunrise out the windows is gorgeous. The queen size bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a few more pans for cooking and some storage containers for leftovers. I prefer to cook most of my meals, but the proximity to wonderful restaurants means you don't need to. I recommend Oak and Rye for the best pizza around. Restaurant Asa has a great menu of a variety of food. And the best sushi is Shiroi ( sp?) that is down Los Gatos Blvd in the center with Garret Station. "

"Good value for the location, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable enough for a short term stay but during my long term stay there were a few minor issues that made it less comfortable. As the listing mentioned, the unit is not completely isolated from the rest of the house so the sound will travel, but all was usually quiet enough. "
