During storm conditions, the National Park Service requests that vehicles are not on the roads after escort at 5 PM. What it does offer is excellent value for its location inside Sequoia National Park, about 40 minutes from the park’s main attractions. The lodge provides unique perks such as complimentary access to a private lake with canoes and paddleboards. Breakfast is very good, and dinner is solid as well.
