"Excellent host, always on hand to answer questions. Overall excellent apartment and wonderful stay. Only improvements i would suggest are a bigger table on the balcony and more items in kitchen, cutlery need replacing. This did not distract from our stay. We loved it. Be careful round the pool as many of the sunbeds are broken but this is a building management issue not the host/s of individual apartments."

"Just stayed for my 60th birthday.Perfect..... to say it was in the best possible position, Morrison 5 min away, Mcdoalds and Costa also food and drinks round corner from entrance.Apartment amazing, double aspect views WOW. Extra special touches, wine, biscuits, juice and milk, you want for nothingIf you know the way it is about 6 min to Casemates square, could do with little map highlighting the way.We have stayed on the Sunborn 3 times and this blows it out of the water, swimming pool just near front of building.Would I recommend... too right I would book it you will love it, you would be very hard placed to find a fault.In one word.....PERFECTION"

15th floor luxury 2 bedroom apartment

"The apartment is in an excellent location, everything is on the doorstep. Even though we were city centre the apartment seemed to block out most of the noise at the night. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was clean. The layout was good and having two bathrooms was brilliant. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Check in and checkout was easy. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Issues: The “all year round lap pool” was too cold. It was absolutely freezing to the point we found it to be unusable which was really disappointing, however this obviously wasn’t the owners fault, it’s down to building maintenance. My other issue was down to communication, gibstay were quite delayed in responding to messages. They blamed the alerts not coming through from Vrbo but I had emailed them to their direct desk and they didn’t reply. This resulted in us not having bedding for the sofa bed, a necessity of the stay and we actually had to go out and source our own bedding. Even though they had prior notice of us needing bedding well in advance of arrival, I asked for some upon ending the property when I realised they hadn’t left any via Vrbo and the email address and I was ignored. It was a real shame."
