The location is easy walking distance to the main shops and close by for buses and Morrisons. Communication from Bentley was and has been responsive, though after being stuck in their lift for 45 mins, with no indication if our alarm had been recognised, until the lift engineers arrived was a very distressing time. After speaking with a resident our episode was not the first incident. Moral of the story do not use lift 2\. Appartment was SPOTLESS ,i kid you not ,you could have ate.off the floor .i was suitably impressed.
