"We came into town to celebrate a family wedding. We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, grill and hang out while we were in town. It was very clean and well taken care of. Most anything we needed was available at the property, which is so nice when you’re flying and limited on what you can bring. "The property wasn't what we thought. To start we had to wait an hour while it rained to get in. She didnt have our keys ready. The place was not secluded. I had some weird neighbor come and talk to me about whether I had permission to have a fire. The google map took us down this 5 mile dirt road. That when it rains, u can easily get stuck. We almost did. I found a longer but safer route. U should have made a point about that so noone gets stuck. The people in Chloride were nice. It was cool...

"We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Never experienced stars and sunrise in such a clear and pure way. It was a great feeling to be disconnected from the world and enjoy this gorgeous earth. We had tough time finding it in the dark, so we do suggest going there during the day light. It has everything you need! If we are ever in the area, we will certainly stay again."

"The owner was very attentive to us and was so pleasant to speak with. Even before we arrived; in the directions it stated watch out for Cows, that was a fact. Free range cattle every where, with cattle guards all along the roads and bold writing on pavement. You Will need a high clearance vehicle to traverse the terrain. "This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again."

On arrival we called the contact number (owner lives in Tennessee) and before we could get him to answer the phone we discovered the key box on the door knob was not locked and the entry key was inside. "The place is even better than the photos, if you can believe it. The host had everything we needed easily accessible and available. While we only had a short stay the only thing we needed to pick up was coffee creamer. They provided various coffee pods, teas, some bottled water and snacks in the kitchen. When we come back to Kingman your availability will be the first thing I check."

"This is my third stay at this property and will most likely always use this property, at least until I get my own house built. This was the first time my Dad came with me and he was in heaven.
