New Pet Friendly Duplex!
NEW!!! PET FRIENDLY!! This 1 bedroom 1 bath home sleeps 4 and sits in a perfect location just minutes from the regional medical center, I40, Route 66 and Historic Downtown Kingman. The home is also very close to many popular restaurants, local golf course and even Starbucks. What separates this home from others in the area is that you have your own yard, dog run, washer and dryer and all eating and drinking utensils along with a full size fridge. gas outdoor BBQ, Smart TV etc.
-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.
-Please do not place the AC unit below 70 degrees.
-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-If used, please take a minute to deflate and put away the blow up mattress.

Clean unit, owner communicates well, really liked the modern finish, it’s has everything you might need for an overnight stay or a month. I will definitely stay her for work and pleasure each month when I’m in Kingman. Shhh don’t tell too many people how great it is or it will never be available…:)
