"What an amazing night we spent at Lake Louise Inn. We were surprised with a free complimentary upgrade which after travelling 24 hours was very well welcomed! Staff at check in, the restaurants, staff around the complex were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was amazing! Huge beds, bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and included a well equipped kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking to stay here again. The only negative we could think of….we only stayed for one night! "
"Loved the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin. We were upgraded to a working fireplace which was fun and welcomed with a small bottle of wine. Loved having two adirondack chairs out front to soak up all the beauty. Hotel has nice shop, coffee shop and decent restaurant. Loved being able to hike to the falls that everyone else was bussing to. "
"Plans changed last minute for 2 nights in Lake Louise area. This was pricier than most, but got us in walking distance (about 1.25 miles) to Lake Louise and they have a contracted shuttle for Moraine Lake for $60CAD per person. We missed out on the cheap shuttle through Canada Parks which is best option getting to the 2 lakes. There is a local bus as well, but that only goes to Louise, not Moraine. The stay itself was probably the best lodging we had over 10 days between Glacier NP and Banff. If you want some convenience and don't mind shelling out some bucks, this is nice."
"Expensive but worthwhile stay for the convenience of being at Lake Louise and not having to deal with shuttles or finding parking. The hotel is amazing, the room was comfortable (although quite small) and the restaurants on site were great. "
"We stayed in a renovated room which is very new and clean. Staff very friendly and gave us detailed information about how to get to lake Louise. Has laundry onsite. Great location. Breakfast is ok. Will stay again!"
"My twin sister and I are vegan (no animals or by products). I loved that there was a vegan pastry option available for us in the mornings. I can't recall seeing a nondairy option for milk, and if that wasn't there, I would suggest that as an option. I would also love to see the menu be more eco-friendly. The amount of meat on the menu has quite a large carbon footprint and it feels out of line with the off the grid approach Storm is using. I will say that we were extremely grateful that the chef went out of their way to not only accommodate a late request for dinner, but that they also found a way to make one of their options completely vegan for us and add delicious potatoes, and a salad to the meal. "
"The property did a fantastic job thinking about what someone would want while staying with them. The toiletry products, kitchenette with ample offerings, firewood and fireplace were amazing amenities. Beds were great!"
