Friendly staff and nice towels. But that's about it. The hotel has strong air freshener smell and you can hear sounds from everywhere: the footsteps upstairs, the music from the restaurant and the talk next door.
These hotel rooms have not been renovated or re-carpeted since the Bush Administration. There are no mini fridges and only a microwave in the lobby. If it were really cheap it would be kitschy and fun. But it wasn’t much less expensive than the much nicer Sugarloaf Hotel up the bunny hill. The bar was great as was the food - but nowhere to get breakfast before hitting the hill. Very close to the feeder chair, but so are all of the condo’s etc that are available on Air BnB.

Will stay again!
Very friendly people took great care of the marathon runners this past weekend. Clean place with beautiful views.
Great view of the mountain! We came for some post Thanksgiving shred. Being early season there is no ski-in/out and the restaurant/bar was closed, but that's ok, we knew that coming in. Number pad door lock is rad, so no misplaced keys. The walls/ceiling are super thin so we heard what must have been the couple upstairs' Riverdance rehearsals whilst donning their ski boots... Wish there was some sort of refrigeration device in the room. Overall it was a good stay.
I haven't realized that the hotel was not fully open. It was little unnerving to not have any staff at the facility. But instructions were clear and all was good. There were not too many guests there so it was very quiet. I would probably stay again.

IYKYK- sugarloaf inn
Building itself old and wonky. Our room was nice but quite small. Good price point for the area.
The staff was understanding and accommodating. We had everything we needed. You could text the staff for assistance. The room was extremely clean. There was a lot of attention to detail, such as towel and tissue folding.
The reception area was warm and inviting. So easy to get to room and store skis on same level as snow access. It made it so comfortable and easy for the first time on the mountain. The restaurant had a happy feeling and great food and prices. It is not brand new but the place, you go to relax and meet others. Free parking and on shuttle route.
Property very convenient to ski Sugarloaf mountain..ski in ski out. great shuttle system to get around,,restaurant on premises...
was mostly quiet but very much in need of updating and has NO elevator, narrow stairways, old rugs and older couches, chairs and sofa beds
They've done a nice job modernizing the rooms, central location cannot be beat and fair pricing. It didn't hurt GF and I were the only people in the building, including staff during our one-night stay... LOL

We needed a place to stay on our way to Campobello Island. This seemed like a good halfway point. It was off season so not much to see or do. But the front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Thank you.

The Inn was very comfortable and clean for one person , room was small. All I had to do was walk up the hill for my running event at Sugarloaf.
Person at the desk was very accommodating.
The place is dated and there was no frills, no fridge, microburst the view was awesome and it was very quiet !it was off season so not a lot of dining choices.
We did not see any staff, however their check in was super easy and their instructions were great.
It is an older property -the pics do not reflect that.
It was fine for the price and a one night stay. I did expect they would have a breakfast- as I thought that it advertised that. But there was none, and they advertised coffee, it was a Keurig and I did not have time to make one. Was expecting ready coffe and just pour into a cup and go.
