The duty manager eventually was able to have a room for our friends and threw in breakfast (as the room was cheaper than that booked. Very happy with his professionalism and the way he approached the issue."

Being able to obtain cereal and fruit for breakfast a bonus. lovely accommodation at a reasonable price."
