Unser Aufenthalt war gut, weil das Wetter super war. Leider konnten wir das von der Unterkuft nicht sagen. Hier hatten wir durch die Beschreibung und die Bilder ein anderes Bild gewonnen und vor Ort haben sich dann viele kleine und ein paar größere Enttäuschungen ergeben.Los geht es z.B. bei den Bildern: Hier sieht man einen gut gepflegten Garten - vor Ort ist nur der Rasen gemäht, alles andere werde laut Gastgeber "erst im Herbst" gemacht. Konkret wächst hier Unkraut auf über 2m Höhe. Außerdem ist vieles im deutlich schlechteren Zustand als abgebildet (fehlende oder defekte Einrichtung/Mobiliar/Geräte). Ein Seeblick wie angekündigt ist überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Bei der Dusche floss von Anfang an kaum Wasser ab. Vorbildlich: Christian hat versucht es selbst schnell zu beheben (ohne Erfolg) - Nicht so vorbildlich: Er ging ohne unser Einverständnis während unserer Abwesenheit in die Ferienwohnung :-((Im Obergeschoss hängt ein markanter, maskuliner Schweißgeruch, der auch durch Lüften nicht wegzubekommen ist. Hier wird es wohl mal Zeit, das Mobiliar auszutauschen.Achtung: Alles Warmwasser muss entgegen der Gepflogenheiten bei Mietwohnungen selbst bezahlt werden, da dies über 21 kW Durchlauferhitzer läuft (obwohl Gas im Haus vorhanden) und Strom selbst bezahlt werden muss.Fazit: Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit, hat aber wie es scheint auche eine robuste bayrische "Bassd scho" Mentalität. Die vielen Kleinigkeiten passten für uns am Ende dann eben nicht mehr.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet

Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Leider nur kurz, denn es hat uns super gefallen und wir wollten gar nicht wieder weg. Es war alles da was man alltäglich benötigt und die Einrichtung war schön und praktisch, mit vielen kleinen Details. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool im Garten. Die nähere Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und läd zum wandern und erkunden ein. Wir hatten eine wundervolle zeit und auch unser Hund war willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Schöner Wanderurlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Wanderurlaub mit unserem Hund im Altmühltal. Der Gastgeber was super nett und zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. Auch Ferienhäuschen, Terrasse und Garten haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Ausstattung war für ein Ferienhaus wirklich super: Angefangen bei der Küche bis hin zu Putzmitteln, alles war vorhanden. Danke lieber Christian für den schönen Urlaub!

Kurztrip mit Hunden

Super interessante Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten auch mit Hunden, die auch im Ferienhäuschen willkommen waren. Sehr sympathische Vermieter, die uns gleich auch viele Tips zum dortigen Essen und Bier geben konnten 😊 Uriges und gemütliches Häuschen, Highlight ist für uns der Whirlpool gewesen. Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (3 Jahre) für ein langes Wochenende im schönen Altmühltal. Das Ferienhaus ist toll ausgestattet, Küche&Grill waren mehr als ausreichend, die Kinder fanden den Mini-Strand im Garten toll. Das Haus ist ruhig, aber zentral gelegen, man ist direkt an der Kratzmühle&See, in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in Beilngries oder Kinding. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Grundstück. Der Whirlpool ist sicherlich ein Highlight! Unser Gastgeber Christian ist ein sehr angenehmer Typ! In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Unseren zwei Hunden hat es dort ebenso gut gefallen wie uns! Einziges Manko: Wegen der nähe zum Camping Platz am See ist es Abends/Nachts schon mal etwas lauter.

Entspannter Kurzausflug

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Treppen die im Haus nach oben zu den Schlafräumen führen sind meiner Meinung nach nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Der whirlpool war das Highlight des Anwesens und wird durchgehend beheizt auch wenn man diesen nicht benutzt und dadurch extra Kosten entstehen womit ich kein Problem hatte, sollte aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Die Besitzer waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Haus ist das wir jederzeit wieder dort ein Wochenende bleiben würden.

schönes gemütliches Ferienhäuschen

Wir waren zu sechst und haben 2 Nächte im Haus verbracht. Und das ist zu wenig! man muss mindestens eine Woche einplanen. Sehr ruhiger Ort, schöne Natur. Am See kann man viele Aktivitäten finden. Das Haus war sauber, gut eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles fürs Kochen. Uns war der große Topf wichtig, in dem wir für allen Pasta kochen konnten. Er war da.-) Die Betten sind weich, wir haben gut geschlafen. Dank netten Vermieter haben wir uns im Haus wohl gefühlt. vielen Dank, Christian und Markus!
