Leider war das Haus nicht sauber. In jedem Zimmer fand man Spinnweben vor. Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig und angeschlagen. Und zu sehr verstreut eingeräumt. Die Schränke schließen teilweise nicht richtig. Die Couch ist durchgesessen und zum Schlafen nicht zu empfehlen. Besser gedämmt, als erwartet, zumindest in den unteren Räumen. Der Garten ist ausreichend groß. Jedoch nicht eingezäunt. Daher an alle Hundebesitzer: Schleppleine mitbringen. Bzw. würde ich den Ort in den Sommermonaten mit Hund nicht empfehlen, da zu wenig Schatten auf den Wegen vorhanden ist. Eher weite Wiesenlandschaft, als Wald. Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Sitzgruppe mit Schirm für den Garten - Fliegengitter für die Fenster- Fenster für das zweite Kinderzimmer im OG- Putzkammer im EG verkleinern, um Platz für ein größeres Zimmer mit Doppelbett zu schaffen - Größeres Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung legen!Alles in allem ist es ein niedliches Häuschen an einem guten Ort mit viel Potential, dass leider nicht ausgeschöpft wurde.

Alles wie beschrieben

Wir waren mit Freunden in dem kleinen Haus. Wie beschrieben handelt es sich nicht um eine Luxus Unterkunft, sondern um eine kleine Ferienhütte. Diese haben wir allerdings wie beschrieben vorgefunden und konnten ein schönes Wochenende verbringen.

Wochenendtrip

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit viel Platz zum entspannen, einem eigenen Garten und fußläufig erreichbaren Fluss & See! Außerdem lohnt sich auch ein Spaziergang durch den angrenzenden Wald. Die Küche hat soweit alles was man braucht und auf dem Balkon lässt sich hervorragend der Sternenhimmel bestaunen :)

Leider kein schöner Urlaub

Angekommen in dem kleinen, engen Häuschen richteten wir uns ein. Leider ist die Grundausstattung sehr spartanisch, kein Empfang, kein WLAN, die Zufahrt bescheiden, die Bewohner unterhalb des Daches furchtbar störend und Angst einregend…wir haben unseren Urlaub leider vorzeitig abbrechen müssen, weil es für uns unerträglich war. Nie wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Kompromissen

Die Umgebung war sehr schön und man konnte viel in 20-30 Minuten Autofahrt erkunden/erleben. Für jeden findet sich was. Egal ob wandern, Radtouren, relaxen am See. Für Familien mit Kinder gibt es auch viele Ausflugsziele.. zur Unterkunft: Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert und problemlos. Der Kontakt sehr freundlich! Vorgefunden haben wir eine Ferienhäuschen, welches von außen einen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht hat. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Sofa durchgesessen. Manches müsste man wohl mal austauschen. Die Matratzen waren hochwertig. Wc, Dusche und die Küche waren sauber. In der Küche gab es nur 4 kleine Löffel, auch haben scharfe Messer und eine einfache Reibe gefehlt. Töpfe, Pfannen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer waren recht klein aber für den Zweck vollkommen ausreichend. Das Zimmer im EG war leider voll mit Spinnweben und vielerlei Insekten. Leider gibt es kaum Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, die Mücken freuen sich sehr auf den nächtlichen Snack. Man konnte nicht alle Fenster abdunkeln. Man hat auch des öfteren Geräusche lm Haus gehört, scheinbar tierische Untermieter. Die Spielesammlungen waren leider nicht komplett. W-Lan gab es keins, hat und allerdings nicht gestört. Die Unterkunft ist nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Die steile Treppe konnte man nicht absperren und selbst unser 6 jähriger Sohn hatte nachts im Halbschlaf zu tun diese sicher zu steigen. Hochstuhl und Babybett mussten mitgebracht werden.

Abgeschnitten vom Campingplatz und See wegen Bauarbeiten

Leider von den Freunden auf dem Campingplatz wegen Bauarbeiten auf dem Zufahrtsweg zur Unterkunft getrennt. Sehr schlechte Umfahrung, Schotterweg, bei Gegenverkehr musste man rückwärts fahren. Selbst als Fußgänger oder mit dem Fahrrad kein Vorbeikommen an der Baustelle, da LKW in ganzer Breite Weg blockierte. Dadurch massive Einschränkung in der Freizeitgestaltung. Hinzu kam, da kein Telefon benutzbar, Kommunikation mit den Freunden auf dem Campingplatz unmöglich.

Umgebung ist sehr sehr schön. Die Unterkunft und auch der Garten drumrum sollte mal gründlich hergerichtet werden Bei der Couch im WB sitzt man schon beinahe auf Holz. Aber trotz allem (vielleicht wird ja mal was getan) werden wir mal wiederkommen

Die Innenausstattung war nicht mehr das neuste und ziemlich abgewohnt. (Schranktüren hingen schief) Wohnraum und Bad waren in Ordnung.Es roch immer etwas muffig im Haus. Der Garten und die Terasse waren ungepflegt.

Osterurlaub mit Familie

An und für sich ein schönes Haus. Leider nur etwas renovierungsbedürftig und ungepflegt. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen aber anspruchsvoll darf man nicht sein. Wir hatten trotzdem viel Spaß. 👍

Rundum zufrieden gewesen!

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Hauseinweisung hat einwandfrei und pünktlich funktioniert. Sehr nett. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz über eine Treppe direkt zum Garten. Wir hatten E-Bikes dabei, die wir sicher in einem Gerätehaus unterbringen konnten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Toll für Familien

Das Altmühltal ist sehr schön für Familien. Bummeln und Shoppen in verschiedenen Städtchen mit hübscher Architektur, eine Brauerei mit Gasthof in jedem größeren Dorf, mehrere schöne Klöster mit Gaststätte und Hofladen, in der Umgebung überall Fossilienfunde (Museen, kostenlos selber buddeln im Steinbruch, Dinopark mit großen Statuen), toller See zum Baden, Wandern, Kanutouren etc. Es wurde in zwei Wochen nicht langweilig. Die Unterkunft ist super für eine fünfköpfige Familie.

Nurdachhaus Kratzmühle

Ein schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung. Leider waren wir nicht die einzigen Bewohner des Hauses. Im Dach und dem Zwischenboden wohnt noch eine Großfamilie(wahrscheinlich Waschbären). Die dadurch verursachten Geräusche sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, mit Kindern würde ich sofort wieder ausziehen. Die Sauberkeit der Betten und Allgemein lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aus dem Haus könnte durch den Austausch einiger Einrichtungsgegenstände mehr gemacht werden.

Viel Platz und Gemütlichkeit, auch für 6 Personen

Perfektes Urlaubshaus mit guter Zimmeraufteilung, hell , geräumiges Bad. Zum See ca. 800m, alles sehr ruhig, Garten zum Federballspielen ideal ,alles sehr empfehlenswert, leider kein Wlan.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage

Super schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation lief freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles war sehr sauber. Nur die Treppe ist etwas steil, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. In dem großen Garten gaben Amseln und Meisen Konzerte, die ganze Gegend ist wirklich idyllisch. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man direkt im Wald oder am See. Nur zu empfehlen!

Retro oder Muff der 70er?

Leider nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Haus seinen Preis wert ist. Aber der Preis ist halt auch recht niedrig. Ebenso sieht es leider mit dem Status von Sauberkeit, Komfort und moderner Optik aus. Das Haus wirkt samt Garten ziemlich vernachlässigt. Eine Renovierung täte gut anstatt des augenscheinlich sporadischen Flickens von Schäden.
