The hotel was booked last minute and was a good Stay, the breakfast was actually very good but it is farther away from the train station, the bathroom was nice and the manager on duty was also nice. Thank you

The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return!

I had a very bad experience with Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. I booked 4 rooms through Hotels.com and later cancelled the bookings as per the cancellation policy. I also received cancellation confirmation from Hotels.com. However, the Hyatt staff is not accepting the cancellation and is still asking ...
