And the amenities! Lola's is just steps from two heated indoor pools, with access to the resort's outdoor pool, lazy river, children's pool, playground, pickleball courts, and basketball courts. There's plenty to do without ever leaving the resort!



Back at the lodge, enjoy beautiful sunrises from the covered upper deck, fire up the grill for dinner, or relax in your private hot tub. Gather around the outdoor fire pit for marshmallows and peek-a-boo lake views, or settle in by the fireplace on the covered lower patio to watch a movie.



Inside, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained, including a large game room with an arcade game, foosball, Pop-A-Shot basketball, board games, card games, and puzzles. There's even a milkshake bar for whipping up treats for the whole crew!



With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 king beds, a bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa, Lola's by the Lake is especially well suited for families and groups traveling together. And yes, you can bring up to two dogs for an additional fee!

All five bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, with an additional half bathroom on the lower level.



Lola's also has a fully stocked kitchen, indoor dining for 14, outdoor dining for eight, and three laundry rooms. We provide linens, bath towels, hot tub towels, hair dryers, laundry detergent, an iron, ironing board, and drying rack. There's heating and air conditioning, plus three hot water heaters to keep everyone comfortable.



Traveling with little ones? We provide a high chair, baby bath, Pack 'n Play, and children's dinnerware. Two bedrooms also have blackout curtains.



We provide starter supplies of coffee, toiletries, and paper products.

**⭐ BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:**



🏊 **Resort amenities:** The outdoor pool and lazy river are seasonal, generally open May through September. The two heated indoor pools are available subject to resort operations.

🐾 **Dogs:** We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee. Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. We provide food and water bowls and dark towels for wiping paws.

🚭 **House rules:** No parties, drugs, or smoking. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests at all times, with no more than 12 adults staying overnight. Adults should not sleep in the upper bunk beds.

📹 **Security:** Exterior security cameras are located at the entry doors.

📺 **Entertainment:** We provide gigabit WiFi and Smart TVs for streaming, but no traditional cable television.

💳 **Rental agreement and security deposit:** A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed two days before check-in and released three days after check-out, assuming no significant, preventable damage. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

🔑 **Minimum booking age:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

🔐 **Guest access:** You'll receive a unique front-door access code before arrival. The code is changed after every stay. You'll have exclusive access to the property, except for locked owners' closets.
