"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. "This property is idyllic. Beautifully situated in the countryside and in close proximity to activities. The house was very clean and inviting with a large, well stocked kitchen and warm woodstove for the evening. The beds were very comfortable and we had llenty of towels for our large crew of 8. The patio area is beautiful and made for nice evenings enjoying the sites and sounds, including the adorable sheep and donkeys just across the yard. The host is very responsive, as is the onsite property manager, both lovely to work with. This was our favorite place out of 3 in Ireland and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great property."

"We stayed for a short trip to Wexford to do some business that coincided with our anniversary. The hotel kindly put a fridge in our room that I needed for some medication, and in the message via the Hotels.com portal I mentioned that we were looking forward to staying for our anniversary. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to discover that the Whitford team had upgraded our room and put a wonderful dessert dish with the message 'happy anniversary' written in chocolate. The team went out of their way for everything, the Wexford people are so lovely, which carries through to all the staff we encountered. I remember coming here when I was a small child and so lovely to see that the hotel has grown to the wonderful establishment that is here today, without losing any of the charm. The hotel is in a prime spot for going into town, or further afield for sightseeing. After staying in several different hotels when we visit Wexford to 'try them out' - We will definitely be back to this one!"
