It was a really nice cabin with a little fireplace which made it cozy even when it was really cold outside. The owner was very nice, and made sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this property for other ski lovers, it's super close to PICO and not far from Killington, took 10 mins to drive to Ramshead. Robert was a terrific host from arrival and throughout the week always ensuring we had everything we needed. Cabin was super clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed. Best of all for us was the location, just a short dtive to either Killington or Pico to got the slopes, or should you need any essentials a short ride back into Rutland. Communication was excellent throughout out our stay. The cabin is clean and appears to be newly renovated. It’s location is great if you are in town for the races because Pico is across the street and a great place to catch the shuttle. The cabin was perfect for my family of four and I. A group of 5 of us stayed at Cabin 4, 2 couples and 1 friend. One thing to note, the bathrooms are within the bedrooms, so the person in the main area will have to walk through to get to the bathroom. With that being said, Robert was a great host! Easy to communicate with and was accessible for anything we needed. Short 10 minute drive to Pico and 15 mins to Kilington mountain.
