Your dates may fall under early/late season rates. • Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details. • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. Highly recommend this place to any couple and an added bonus of bringing your family dog! We had so much fun hiking and leaf peeping then warming up in the sauna and hottub. I wish there was instructions for the sauna/fireplace but we figured it out really fast. Enjoy this sweet gem. ##### Torri D. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The convenience of true ski in/ ski out can't be overstated. We were pleasantly surprised by the size. The main room is quite large and met our needs (2 adults, 3 teens). The hot tub was clean and well maintained although not exactly private. The unit above overlooked our hot tub. In general the unit was in good condition, although there was an issue with kitchen pipes temporarily freezing on a sub zero night and the heat was difficult to regulate. The management company was easy to deal with and we felt that we got exactly what we expected from the pictures and description. I would recommend based on location alone, but I hope they continue to maintain and improve. ##### Bruce K. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Trailside Condo #3 for a week in January 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ski on ski off location on the Great Eastern trail was so convenient -- once we parked, we didn't have to move our car again until the end of our trip. It was so nice to be able to stop into the condo for lunch in the middle of our ski days, especially with all of the restaurant closures on the mountain because of covid. The condo itself was spotless, which we really appreciated during the pandemic, and the grounds around the condo were well-tended by staff during our staff, with reliable snow removal and hot tub maintenance. We were impressed by the interior of Trailside #3: the kitchen and bath are updated so that they feel clean and inviting, and the living room had really comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a huge TV. A huge draw for us to this particular condo was the private hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. This was a real disappointment. BRUTAL Sauna kept on powering off, maintainence came to reset it once- told us it malfunctions and showed me how to do so for future reference. I am traveling with family- Amenities should work properly. Back deck leading out to hot tub had at least 3" of solid ice on it. Even after facilities guy would just pop up on back deck from climbing over the rail to shovel. We were all hanging out in long underwear and guy just appears in the window. It was sunny bluebird outside. So much ice had formed the screen door leading out was jammed open our entire stay. Beatles crawling on inside of window jam behind sink. Its Feb!!!! Also had to call maintaince bc u trap under kitchen was leaking out under cabinet. When he came said it was duct taped up and he had to order parts. Lastly brought steaks up for dinner. Lit grill to cook. And it ran out of propane within 5 minutes. Felt tortured at every turn...just gave in it and tried to enjoy my family and location. Would be a zero star review if the skiing wasnt good because that helped distract us. ##### Geoffrey E.
