This sizable condo features a full kitchen, dining nook, wood burning fireplace (free firewood provided), cozy living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The community center at the center of the complex offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small fitness area. Come see why Fall Line is one of the best locations in Killington! • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well. • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge. • Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25\. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals! • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger. The condo itself was spacious in a mostly private area and the colors around the Killington mountains were fantastic. It had pretty much everything we wanted. Visiting local woodland trails, shops and restaurants and daytrips to other Vermont sights was no problem with this place as our hq. I think of all the places we visited in Vermont, the Killington area had the most charm. We enjoyed our stay because the property was clean with a great pool and hot tub. The communication with property manager was excellent too. Some things I would change and recommend to the owners would be as follows: new mattress in the bedroom, new drinking glasses, dinnerware, pots/pans etc. the pillows in the living room need to be replaced and various decor is very old. Great for leaf peeping and sure would be good for skiing. Unit is 2nd row of units behind driveway but the carts for carrying luggage made moving in/ out very easy. The amenities building is opposite end of condo row, so bring bathrobe if ogen on using during cold weather. Also enjoyed fire place. Unit is good size for 4 but would be little crowded beyond that. Convenient to all killington had to offer. About 30 minutes to woodstock but it's Vermont and everyplace is 30b min away from where ever you are! Would recommend. ##### Jeff N.
