This home has two huge living rooms, an eat-in kitchen, two AC units, and an upstairs loft. This home has a lot to offer for the price. You will have access to the entire house including the garage. All three bedrooms come with a smart TV. Rest peacefully in the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a good night's sleep. House on quiet street with king mattress in master bedroom & comfortable queen beds in other two rooms. Spacious, serene space, and peaceful setting. All rooms upstairs. Huge living area, eat-in kitchen, and loft upstairs in this house. Airport, retails, restaurants, schools, hospitals, A&M university, and Fort Cavazos are all nearby. For families, students, military members, contractors, and traveling medical/business professionals. I had to call to have the house cleaned after it was already "cleaned." The table, floors and bathrooms were very dirty and sticky. There were no towels to use. The backyard had car parts in it. The overall location was good for my visit, but I would not stay here again. The service was pretty good with communication. I just felt uncomfortable with the lack of cleaning that was done in the home. It was certainly not as listed on the site as using proper cleaning techniques. ##### Tracy M. The manager was prompt with this responses if I had any issues (very minor ones), the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were clean (which is a huge thing for me) and the property was extremely spacious. Here are my pros and cons for the property: Pros: - Spacious property with an open concept downstairs and a loft upstairs - Beds were comfortable to lay in. - Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean and had most appliances you need (or want) - has a spacious back yard (although I didn't use it) - property has exterior lights in the driveway making it feel safer. - TV in each room (all bedrooms and living room) - carpet on stairs and second floor was clean and comfortable to walk on. - Very close to a number shopping, groceries, and night life option Cons: - The property provides 2 towels and 2 wash cloths (unless I missed something), be mindful of that if you have more then 2 people in the property and may need to bring your own -the bedrooms are on the second floor, if you have someone who has mobility issues with you, this may be a consideration for you. - We don't have access to the garage (i assume it was planned this way). This wasn't a deal breaker for me and I would still rent this property again, but it's something to consider when renting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Killeen ##### Marcos T. As you walk in it tells a list of like 9 rules mind I was there for 1 night but you even had to take out your own trash out! I paid 100 host service for what? You can’t take drinks or food upstairs and you have to clean up after yourself mind you I’m a clean person but again why charge a host fee if you are your own host.
