Lovely 2 bedroom cottage at base of Comeragh Mountains
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (5)
"Mary is a sweet person and the area is lovely. The shower was difficult to maintain and even temperature and the drain was misplaced causing water to go into the main bathroom. The rooms are very small, beds shoved up against the wall making it difficult to get out without waking your partner."

"This was just magical. The view was stunning, and the location lovely for a quiet, rural, authentic Irish experience. Sean was attentive and helpful, and the space was well-stocked, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We walked the cliffs and the meadows, along the beach, and often just sat to watch the waves. The perfect place to do nothing !
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (13)
"The cottage was excellent, small (which is what we wanted) but very well appointed - especially the kitchen. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were on hand and very obliging. The outside area was gated, very important to keep our dog from straying or becoming a nuisance to others. We took advantage of the information provided on restaurants and places to visit and found the JFK Arboretum and beaches on the Hook peninsula just right for the dog. Also the Dunbrody Famine Ship in nearby...

Dooleys Hotel Waterford City
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (620)
"I chose Dooleys through Expedia as being in central location and affordable. The hotel is quite large and has a restaurant, bar and conference room as well as more than 100 bedrooms. Apart from Giselle a receptionist, the staff were a bit unfriendly. Breakfast was as expected with good porridge and full Irish. Good choice of whiskies in the bar, including Waterford. The front would be more welcoming with different paint colours. Please take professional advice."
