It’s also an ideal base for exploring the area, with day trips to historic Waterford City, the seaside attractions of Tramore, the dramatic Hook Head coastline, and the scenic villages of Passage East and Cheekpoint all within easy reach. Fishermans Grove Holiday Home No. 21 - Sleeps 7 This seaside holiday accommodation has 3 bedrooms and sleep 7 guests. Property layout – Ground floor: \- Living room \- Open-plan kitchen \- Dining area \- Cloakroom with toilet & wash hand basin. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2\. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
