About this property

Welcome to Casa De Paz

  • Centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! Casa de Paz or Peaceful House. Walking distance to new Publix grocery store, restaurants and activities like putt-putt. Spend your days at the beach or cooking out in the spacious backyard. Well-suited for a large family or multiple households vacationing together. One of the very few streets with pedestrian crosswalks that ensures safe crossing to the public beach access while also offering the quiet sound side neighborhood.

    The ground floor is not available to guests.

    The cottage has a rear deck overlooking a large backyard. The yard is not fenced. We have added seating on the deck to enjoy time or dinner outside. Walk to the backyard to play corn hole or swing in the hammock.
