This waterfront house has a breathtaking view of the sound as it sits high on a dune overlooking the sound. Just relax on the private pier. The sunsets are fabulous! The house has 3 bedrooms and / 2 baths with a total 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Dining table sits 8, plus 2 bar stools. It's located in the private gated community with a huge community soundfront pool, beach, marina with a boat launch and a covered picnic area! Go for a kayak paddle and explore the wildlife in and around the sound. Fishing is great off your own private pier as well as crabbing. Sure it is an older property but it’s clean and functional and has pretty much everything you might need (other than bath towels and shower gel). Great to be able to get out in the kayaks (plenty of life jackets provided) although the ladder from the pontoon is not for the faint-hearted!
