Prime location only steps to the beach where a newly built walkway creates easy accessibility. A myriad of shopping opportunities, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Sea Grace is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, with views of the ocean from the great room, master bedroom, and open balcony. There is a well-stocked kitchen that has all the amenities for gourmet entertaining. A Ninja is available to create your favorite frozen concoction, as well as a Keurig to take your steaming cup of coffee on the deck to enjoy a sunrise view! An open deck with polywood furniture for outdoor dining provides the picture-perfect location for a Happy Hour, or just relaxing in the sun.
