Was perfect for 4 people. Had an outdoor shower, nice yard and picnic table, clothes line. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, canopies and a cart for the beach. Good location, and they supplied us with a parking pass for the Avalon Pier area which was really convenient. Only downsides of this house were the floors. A little creaky/noisy. Obviously was only a problem when sleeping and you had to get up. But other than that, we would stay here again! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. The location was great, with around a 10-minute walk to the sound, and the street was quiet and peaceful. The house is very comfortable, includes all linens and towels, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. We only ate out once, cooked the rest at the house after a day at the beach. We loved the outdoor shower- never even used the indoor shower! The parking pass made going to the beach much easier- no half mile walk, just a quick drive.
