Excellent location on OBX. Super nice beach access and a pool. Wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of that! Nice breakfast in the morning. My husband did have trouble with the stairs as there was not a first floor room available. Clean rooms, good AC, and great staff!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, didn't eat breakfast on site, beach view great. With a beach view expect a bright morning sun. What we did like was that we got this room 314 on just a short notice. Plus, you're right on the beach!

It was a good place to stay for 5 days with my sister. If you have a family this isn’t a bad place, if you’re alone or don’t have kids I would look for something a bit more spacious, especially a bigger pool, but overall it’s a good place to stay. Bring paper towels, plates and utensils

Had my kids visiting from Arizona and wanted to show them how beautiful the outer banks was. After getting refunded a larger amount for a smaller room at a neighboring hotel because I only booked one night (3 night minimum during season) I booked a room here at the Mariner Inn and I must say it was a blessing in disguise. Not only did they not have some stupid 3 day requirement The room was spacious and full of amenities! The views were gorgeous and we had one of the best nights of our lives!. Thank you Mariner Inn
