"This hotel was outstanding in every aspect! We hated to leave. We had castle view. Free water and alcohol in fridge. Great coffee in the room. This hotel was in the heart of the town. We received private parking in the back."

"This place was great! I would highly recommend it. Just be aware, as of most of Ireland, no central air during the summer, but other than that it was perfect. So close to Kilkenny. I would stay again. :)"

"Lyrath was a gem! Beautiful inside and out, the staff was very accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and our room was more than spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return and plan some “downtime” just to enjoy the hotel’s amenities!"

"The location is fantastic. Very close to all the bars and nightlife but not in the noise of it. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was huge, (could have included beans though).. Only downside was the shower curtain. It just stuck to you when using the shower making it uncomfortable. "
