Ocean Front One Bedroom Condo. This has been refurbished and redecorated with new furniture, carpet, and appliances. This unit sleeps up to two people. New furnishings in the living room give this unit the comforts of home. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen. Relax on the lanai of this sixth-floor unit while enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean.

Complex Amenities: Note: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting on the second Monday of September. This year (2025) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/08/25 and reopening 9/24/25.
