If you're looking for an unpopulated spot within a 15-minute drive of dining, shopping & nightlife, this is it! You'll love staying in our one bedroom Condo A3\. (Sleeps 4.) The bedroom boasts a plush King bed with sumptuous bedding, a SmartTV & light-blocking window coverings for late sleepers. Is this a sisters or best friends trip? The comfortable sleeper sofa opens into a very comfortable queen bed, perfect for those who wish to sleep separately, OR bring up to 2 extra persons. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. The private lanai has beautiful garden/peek-a-boo ocean views. We have both bright morning sun & cooler, shaded afternoons/evenings. The NEW Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool & comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room - including bath and kitchen - provide air movement as well. We completely remodeled down to the studs in May 2022\. We have all new furniture & window coverings throughout. Tile flooring will keep your feet cool. Our photos are up-to-date and show accurate views of the condo and property. Our nightly rate is an incredible value for being an oceanfront property, where the beach and ocean are mere steps away. You'll find beach towels, a cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs & an umbrella in the bedroom closet. Take with you on the days you venture off property to check out more of Maui's gorgeous beaches! Starter incidentals include a roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of TP, dish soap, trash can liners, dishwasher soap & some spices/oils. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets with you, along with your favorite hair products. Hair dryer provided. Plan accordingly if more items are needed. It is the perfect location for any Maui activity you want to do! We loved being in walking distance to small shops and shaved ice. We loved walking out to sugar beach every morning to drink coffee and enjoy the view. Clean room, living room, and kitchen. The walkways were full of tropical flowers and lizards. Connie and Patrick go above and beyond to insure your stay is completely everything you dream of. The grounds are clean, the courtyard is stunning with the most gorgeous landscape. Fresh coffee every morning out by the pool. The condo we rent A3 is our HOME AWAY FROM HOME. When we open the door I feel like “I’m home”. The furniture is beautiful, the decor is perfect!!! We love cooking breakfast in the kitchen , make lunches to go for the day and then a delicious dinner at all the fabulous restaurants in Kihei. Reviewer Comments: This is our third trip to Maui this year! We stay at Kihei Sands Unit A3\. When you open the front door your jaw drops. It is a beautiful, clean, classy 1 bedroom 1 bath family room dinning room and kitchen with a beautiful lanai. The bed is extremely comfortable and the condo is furnished with everything you need. Even a hair dryer!!! Your condo front door is less than 200 feet from the 8 mile long Sugar Beach. Sunsets at night are breathtaking. You are close to all beaches, cafes, fine dining, shops, downtown Kihei and the best Shave Ice!! The manager Connie on the property is so kind and helpful. The grounds are always clean and meticulously maintained. Parking is easy as they have a lot big enough fur all guests! I highly recommend staying in Unit A3, it is my home away from home. All the furnishings were nice, but the comforter in the bedroom needs attention. Inside has a couple of blood spots. Overall, it's very quiet & the beach is beautiful. From the walkway to the room with its beautifully manicured tropical plants and flowers to the inviting patio area , where you are surrounded by incredible views and a wide beach area it’s a must visit property. The people we met were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. We met several owners who were very nice and welcoming and take pride in their community. Would never stay at another place in Maui!! We stayed on two different Condos during our stay and found some differences in amenities such as the first Condo had a hard stiff bed, the second was more congenial to people with back problems. The condo was so cozy and Kihei is a quiet place with a ton to do with just a short drive. Sugar Beach gave us a special, non crowded area to go when we had some down time and the people that hang on the patio were all so incredibly friendly. The condo itself stayed so cool we barely needed the air on and it was nice to have the ocean breeze coming through the patio door. Reviewer Comments: This cozy little unit had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and close to everything. It's in the perfect location. It also sits on the most beautiful beach. It feels more secluded since it's a smaller condo complex. Much more enjoyable than a huge resort. We loved grilling on the community patio. The grills were always clean and ready to go.
