Right on the keawakapu beach with views for days . The condo is very comfortable with AC in each room . It was well equipped to prepare meals throughout our stay . The unit is in the back of the complex overlooking the dumpsters, parking lot and street rather than beach, so there isn't much of an ocean view -- just a narrow strip between the complex and house next door --- but the common lanai, pool, grounds and beach are only 100 or so steps away. We spent a lot of time lounging out there rather than on our own lanai. The unit's bedrooms are quite small, but the furniture is comfortable and in good condition, the kitchen is well equipped, and plenty of beach equipment (chairs, snorkel gear, toys, etc.) is provided. The property managers were in constant touch before and during our trip, and maintenance responded promptly to a couple of minor issues (toilets running, etc.) that cropped up. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated. There were plenty of chairs for our group, coolers and an umbrella. We were surprised to find a welcome basket of fruit which was a nice touch! The management kept us informed of complex maintenance and checked on us throughout our stay. We had a great time and will definitely be back ##### Kim K.
