The sheets and towels seemed brand new and most everything was clean (top of dryer and top of box springs needed attention). Location is great-walking distance to lots of restaurants and beaches. Was a little noisy, but nothing that we couldn’t live with. Really the only negative Was the BBQs-they didn’t work and were dirty the 2 times we tried to use them.
