  • Maui Kamaole #A207 is a beautifully furnished and decorated ocean view condo that has all the amenities to make your vacation in paradise perfect. The Lanai furniture is comfortable and is the best spot to start your morning and end an evening. Maui Kamaole #A-207 even has a retractable awning for when it rains or when the sun is too much. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. The Renovation encompassed beautiful new Tile Flooring throughout, New Kitchen, Baths, Furniture, delightful Island Art, and all New Vented Air Conditioning System. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, easy chair, ceiling fan, and A/C. The entertainment center includes a 47” Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, and Secured Wireless Internet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stunning granite and is well appointed with many small appliances and dishware for all of your culinary needs. However, this unit does not have an oven. Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV’s, A/C and ceiling fans. Both Bathrooms are remodeled with Walk-In Showers, vanities, stunning granite, and the master has a dual vanity. Maui Kamaole is a low-rise, luxury residential complex on the border of Kihei and Wailea an ideal vacation spot. With 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, cabana, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and an on-site front desk agent with concierge services available. The upper pool area is a free-form tropical pool and there is a sandy bottom Jacuzzi that feels amazing after a long flight from the mainland. The tropical landscaping is first class and meticulously maintained. You can walk to beaches - Kamaole Beach Parks and Keawakapu - It is also a short walk to world class shopping and dining in both Kihei and Wailea! Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.

We did have an issue with an influx of bugs at the end of the stay, but, it’s Hawaii! I did not notice in the description that there is no oven, so we had to pivot and learn how to use the oven functionality of the microwave. Otherwise, the view was beautiful, the amenities are great. We came back to Maui kamaole specifically for their pool! I recommend this unit and would come back!

What a stay! The view of Lanai and west Maui from the balcony is amazing morning or night. The furnishings, appliances, and art give a contemporary island vibe that make for a very relaxing stay. The cool A/C after a long day at the beach helped, too. A short walk to Kamaole III beach with sea turtles swimming by in waist-deep water. Restaurants, shops, and beaches of Kihei and Wailea are all within a 10-minute drive. The lagoon pool was a nice respite from the sand when needed. I would absolutely book this condo again. Hope we can make it back next year.

The property is in a good location within Kīhei ( we are frequent visitors ); however, the photo of having an ocean view, completely cuts off the full view of the noisy street and boat dock located right in front of the balcony. The noise factor was tremendous as people seem to migrate to the parking lot at night, playing loud music. In addition, we had poor shower drainage and stood in standing water to take showers. We were unable to sit in the living room due to an infestation of ants within the coffee table, cracks, and at times crawled on us when we were on the couch. The upstairs bed is so soft that we all fell in the middle so we had to sleep in the downstairs extra bedroom. I would have to give this property a three star rating. There are a lot of things that need to be cleaned and fixed. We return to this area several times a year and unfortunately, I will not stay here again. It’s a beautiful place, but there are some issues that need addressing.

Otherwise the lani and view were perfect 🤩

Amazing View

Great location with unbeatable view. Evening sunsets and some whale sightings. Walkable to some beaches and town.Nicely updated with most everything needed for a comfortable stay. Biggest complaint was upstairs bed. Way too soft and uncomfortable. In need of a new mattress for the price of the stay.Also,need a new beach umbrella and beach towels. They are pretty sad. The 2 umbrellas provided both had things wrong with them so we had to piece together parts to get one somewhat workable.Other than that I would definitely recommend this property. We had a fabulous time!

Great Location, Tired Property

This property has a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The separate bedrooms & bathrooms are nice, although the shower pressure is greatly lacking. The a/c and fans work well and kept us comfortable. The TV had no instruction and was totally impossible to figure out. The layout made for a comfortable time for us and our daughter. The beach chairs and boogie boards are great, while we had to go to a hardware store to fix the beach umbrella. Overall this place needs a refresh as it feels very tired after spending a week here. Kitchen supplies were dirty from a mediocre dishwasher, sharp knives are dull and dangerous, pans are flaking off interior finish which we all know is toxic, cutting boards are in need of replacement. Beach towels are old and skimpy. The condo needs a deep clean. Kitchen cabinets are dirty. This place has the makings of a fabulous condo but it feels more dirty & tired the longer we stayed. Sadly, we won't be back.

Great Views in Kihei

Property was as described and looked just like the pictures, patio view was actually even better in person. Checkin and out was easy and self managed, lots of instructions were provided about the unit and complex. Location was great, just down from Kamole 3 and great snorkelling with lots of turtles right in front next to Marina. Property was comfortable and felt like a home, kitchen was well serviced but there was only very basic food supplies (salt and pepper but no spices or coffee supplies etc). Beds and pillows were comfortable but there were limited linens and no other sets of sheets to change over, so had to allow for a laundry day. It was really nice to have some beach supplies in the deck storage cabinet (chairs and umbrellas and cooler bags). We only ran into one mechanical issue; with the main bedroom AC and while the property management company was quick to reply and did come and provide a temp unit, repairs to the actual AC were not made during our stay so left us with an open window/no curtains and a bulky/noisy temp unit in its place, but it did help with the temp/humidity control. The complex was beautiful, and the grounds were some of the nicest in Kihei. The closer pool was heated but more of an open/lap pool, the further pool was beautiful and very tropical, but it was not heated and to cool for swimming. The BBQs at the property were well placed and very clean and parking spot was right outside our door. Would choose this location again.

Great location, Beautiful view

Condo is as advertised. We really enjoyed sitting on the veranda for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is we were harassed by an older couple in the unit below us for being noisy. We have traveled extensively for many years and are always respectful of our neighbors. Since we arrived from the mainland the night before we were all awake at 5 the first morning. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and spoke in hushed voices. That afternoon we got a noise complaint from the management company. The next day as we left the condo at 7:30 AM we started the dishwasher. That afternoon we got a message telling us to review the house rules and this was a final warning. Not the kind of thing you want to hear on vacation. I will admit when I was signing the long fine print contract I just scanned and sighed it. I was a bit taken aback when I saw absolutely no operation of dishwasher, washer, dryer, or vacuum before 8AM, yet there was very loud lawnmowers and weedwackers at 7 AM. If anyone is coming with a family be advised pool rules state No inflatables in pool and absolutely NO MARCO POLO.

The only complaint I have is the towels had that spoiled smell so we had to buy 4 and brought them home with us. Also, both umbrellas were broken and all of the chairs but two were broken/damaged. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place that is walkable distance to beach with all the basic amenities that you would need for a week - beach umbrella, bodyboard/boogie board (check out the storage room in balcony).Enjoy sunset right from your balcony.In-unit laundry is a huge plus.Split level (bedroom, vanity and full bath upstairs) gives nice privacy.Congress with internet albeit is a little slow (tells to get out and enjoy :) ).The retractable awning in the balcony is a bit crooked/partially-functions - but does provide shade for you to sit outside even when it's sunny.We loved our stay!
