Summary: Aloha and welcome to our studio condo, your home away from home! My family and I live on Maui and we are so excited to host your vacation. Don't get stuck with a major rental company that doesn't care about your individual group. We take pride in providing personal touches and making sure that we personally check on our condos to ensure your trip is the best it can be.
Conveniently located in South Kihei, across from Kamaole Beach II, the Maui Banyan Resort boasts lush tropical foliage complemented by two swimming pools, jet spas, tennis courts, a putting green, a gas barbecue and picnic areas.
Enjoy a new queen size bed as well as a twin size pull out loveseat, with a memory foam mattress. Our counter space includes a microwave, and toaster as well as a mini fridge. The condo also includes beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and an umbrella. A/C is available for staying cool.
Just up the street is Kamaole Beach I, or Kam I as the locals call it, and just down the street is Kamaole Beach III, with an expansive grassy picnic area. All 3 parks boast free parking, restrooms and public showers.The property’s convenient location offers guests many choices for ocean activities, dining and shopping within walking distance. World-class golf and tennis, five-star restaurants and exclusive island shops are all within a few minutes’ drive, making Maui Banyan Resort an ideal vacation destination.

The unit was clean and the photos were accurate, except there is no longer a toaster oven, just a regular toaster and now there are chairs and a table on the lanai which was nice.The complex is located in central Kihei which is close to restaurants and across the street from a beach. Parking will be challenging if you have any physical impairments as it was required to park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and so 3 flights of stairs up and 3 flights down. The building has an elevator but the parking garage does not.
The unit was very functional and is in a phenomenal location. Adjacent to a pool, right across the street from the beach and walking distance from numerous wonderful places to eat. (Try the cinnamon rolls one morning. They’re unbelievable.) An added bonus - the property manager is very attentive and responsive.
