  • Vaulted ceilings give this studio an open, airy feel, while split air conditioning provides cool comfort after a day spent exploring Maui. Located on the second floor at Kihei Bay Surf, this home makes an easy retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for a convenient South Maui home base.

    Kalepolepo Beach Park is located across the street, making it easy to head over for a morning walk, spend time by the water, or enjoy one of Maui`s beautiful sunsets without having to get in the car.

    The unit can accommodate up to four guests, with an air mattress and/or couch available for additional sleeping arrangements.
    House Rules:
    1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
    2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
    3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
    a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
    4. Respect Community Rules:
    a. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
    5. Quite Hours 10:00 PM - 8:00AM
    6. DAMAGE DEPOSI A $59.00 non-refundable damage waiver is required, please check rental agreement for complete details.
