  • Kamaole Sands #7-403, a spacious fourth floor (top level), 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a partial ocean view. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach III, Kamaole Sands #7-403 is great for fun-filled days and quiet evenings. All the amenities from home plus all your needs for the beach are available in the unit! This model has the the larger-sized lanai, providing additional room for dinning and enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery. The 15 acre tropical grounds include BBQ stations, a beautiful pool, a hot tub, workout room, and tennis and pickleball courts. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. This condo offers a great vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable vacation, especially with the family. Some of the features of the condo include: Beautiful Lush Garden Views Quiet Inner Court Location California King Bed in the Master Bedroom, King Bed in the Second Bedroom, and a new queen sized sofa sleeper, with an upgraded memory foam mattress for an alternative sleeping option in that room. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk. Also enjoy music and hula dancing by the pool every Wednesday and complimentary Maui News newspaper every day. Maui vacation over spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and modern. All of the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful. The balcony was large enough that we could eat out there. We didn’t have very many chances to eat outside because we were there during the first storm. It was nice they had beach towels boogie boards and beach chairs to use. Except for the storm, it was a very great place to stay during the first storm.

Lovely grounds and great location

Nice, clean, lovely condo with comfy beds. Tennis clinic was fun. Pool and hot tub were a little crowded but nice. Loved the mango and avocado trees. Nice, easy walk to the beach.

Exactly what we needed

This condo was perfect for 3 adults. The condo was clean, had AC, and was within walking distance of many restaurants, beaches and fun activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Kihei

The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This is the best unit in the complex, newly and beautifully remodeled. Highly recommend renting this unit. The unit was spotless. The kitchen was perfectly equipped by the owners! The only downside was that the elevator was broken, and had been for a long time. The management company was very unclear about the timing of a repair. The stairs were a bit of an issue with luggage, etc. The overall complex was a bit dated, but the property location and the unit were great.

Fantastic getaway!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, spacious condo and I feel calmer just thinking about our stay. The community of Kamaole Sands is very family friendly and I appreciated that things didn’t get loud in the evenings since my daughters have early bed times and frankly our jet lag had us all turning in early :) South Kihei is an ideal location and the beach across the street is perfect for swimming and even some sea turtle encounters! I loved that we were walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. Cannot wait to visit again!

Another Incredible Stay

This was our third stay at Kamaole Sands. It is amazing every time but this one was top notch! The unit is amazing and exactly as described. Pool was great and we loved the large porch. We were able to see the sunrise over the mountain and sunset over the water. Comfy beds. Clean and safe property. Already can’t wait to come back.

Don’t Hesitate!

This was my 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and this was by far the best experience I have had. That says a lot seeing as though I’ve only ever had great experiences staying here. This unit is fully equipped for any of your cooking needs regardless of party size! The unit is very clean, remodeled and in a convenient location on the property. The beds are comfortable and the entire complex was quiet and relaxing. The management is top notch and communication was excellent. I will absolutely book this unit again for my next trip on Maui! 5⭐️

Wailea was close for golfing and nice restaurants. It rained a lot so it was nice to have such a great condo to hang out. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We were able to bbq one night-it was convenient to have the grills available. This was pur third stay at Kamaole Sands—we love it and will be back!

Kamaole Sands 7-403

Kamaole Sands is the place to stay when on Maui. It's location is ideal with the beach right across the street, and the local amenities a short walk or drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, there were one or two minor hiccups that we could easily fix, but all in all, everything about the place was just as advertised.

The property was very central and close to so many things. Check in instructions were super simple. The property was clean but we did see a cockroach and a few ants, they warn about this though. Loved our stay here.
