Walk to Kihei Downtown. From 99/night! The condo is located in South Kihei on Maui's sunny South side. The complex has a recently renovated pool area and beautiful, well-maintained tropical grounds. It is located within walking distance to everything, less than a 5-minute walk from Charley Young Beach, one of Maui's best swimming beaches, and Cove Park beach, one of Maui's best beginner surf spots. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, and Starbucks are within a 10-minute walk as is Kalama Beach Park which has beach volleyball courts, a skateboard park, a roller-skating rink, basketball courts and a playground. There's an assigned, off-street parking right in front of the unit. The entire condo has been furnished and decorated with contemporary and warm décor. Tile flooring throughout the unit helps keep it cool and comfortable. The master bedroom features a luxurious, four poster king bed and a luxury plush, serta-pedic mattress when you need to rest after a long day at the beach, the pool or sightseeing around the island. The second bedroom is the perfect hangout spot for kids with a twin bunk bed, plenty of space to play and a portable crib for the little one. The bunk bed can be separated into two twin beds. The living room is spacious, features a couch, chair and coffee table, as well as a small dining area. And all the entertainment options you need are provided with a new 55" 4K UHD Roku Smart TV with free Netflix and YouTube TV, and of course there's free high speed WIFI. The bathroom was remodeled in 2011 with a bathtub for the kids, shower, and a large vanity with room for all your toiletries. And for those beautiful mornings or perfect, warm evenings there's a table and comfortable chairs on our private lanai so you can have your breakfast and dinner outside with a view of the tropical garden and the pool. The beautiful and functional kitchen with Corian countertops is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in your home away from home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and much more. The condo is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. That includes beach chairs, umbrella strollers, coolers, beach towels, lots of towels, and some board games and toys. With two bedrooms, the condo is just perfect for you and your kids. With two children of my own the condo has been furnished with everything I look for when traveling with the kiddos. The unit provides a luxurious hideaway for adults with a beautiful master bedroom, a functional kitchen and perfect entertainment system. On top of that, everything has been setup with kids in mind. It is all about keeping the kids happy so that everyone is happy! The second bedroom comes with a bunk bed and has a large open floor space so there's room to play. There is also a real wood portable crib on wheels that can fit in either bedroom or be moved around, as needed. There is a single and a double umbrella stroller. With a stroller, the nearby playground, beaches and restaurants are within walking distance for everyone! The condo is on the ground level and doesn't have any stairs, so you don't need to carry anything or anyone up and down the stairs or have anybody fall down. The condo is generally child safety proofed. The ladder on the bunk bed can be taken off making the top bunk bed off limits and there is a safety gate to close off the kitchen (or any room for that matter). No dangerous fall from the lanai as it's on the ground floor. Other things to make your stay enjoyable include toys, games, plastic kids utensils, booster chair, beach toys, and kids' life vests (use at own risk). And I know your kids will enjoy picking their favorite TV show on Disney+ or Netflix when they need to wind down after an action-packed day. It's an easy walk to many shops and restaurants in Kihei, with 5 beaches within a few blocks that all share the most wonderful sunsets on the island. The equipment rinse-off spot is great for scuba and snorkel gear, plus having a ground floor unit with a very convenient parking spot makes getting luggage in and out quite easy. It was a quiet and restful place with all the amenities we could have wanted. The host was very responsive, and the policies for staying at the condo were clear and simple to follow. We loved this quiet apartment tucked away a stones throw from beautiful Charley Young beach. Ground floor with a private little lanai and the beautiful pool a few steps away. It is very clean, well stocked with everything you need for the beach (chair, towel, toys, snorkeling equipment, etc) Kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need. Conveniently located, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The host - Michael is very nice and accommodating and he responded to all requests and questions Promptly. There wasn't anything we found missing that we needed. Condo is in great condition, kids loved the pool, and beds were comfortable. It had a nice pool and is centrally located in Kihei. You can walk to Charley Young Beach, Kalama park and to Kihei cafe. ##### Allison P. Nice location close to the center of Kihei. The only thing is I think they could put new or better living room furniture in the rental, not comfortable at all. The TV is only a app TV. The condo was great and as expected. This condo was SET for families with young kids, very impressive! The fact we have come back now three times shows how much we love it. The condo is the perfect size and location for our family. It is well stocked with and we love the good quality beach chairs and umbrella. The condo complex is quiet and the pool is perfect for our family. Host was responsive, prompt, and attentive. Appreciated having beach chairs, lots of towels, on-site laundry and a well-stocked kitchen. Lots of beaches and nice restaurants nearby. Great place for me, my wife, and our two kids. Our only gripe was that the air conditioning is not great. The living room is cool enough, but one room had an ineffective portable unit and the other (kids) room has no air-conditioning at all. The pool area was also nice, including the BBQ’s which we used a few times. The laundry room is located just down the hallway and were easy to use. Would stay here again.
