The staff were very friendly and professional, they communicated well and were prompt in providing extra blankets and pillows. The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was decent but needed to be cleaner and was missing tissue. I didn’t care for the floor, wished it was carpet because my husband had to sleep on the floor as there were 5 of us (us and three big kids) and there was no couch. We were hoping for the room to have a couch. We only stayed one night and the room was pricey so we couldn’t afford to book two rooms. The hallway had a weird smell and the carpet looked stained and outdated. The breakfast was great, they had a good variety like eggs, sausages, bacon, bagels, muffins, fruits, cereals, toast, juice, tea, coffee, etc. The parking was decent but if you had to park at the back it was a long walk to the front door.
