Every detail within the room was thought of, including free minibar drinks, amazing shampoo/shower gel products from L'OCcitane, great qualify bathrobs, slippers, etc. Room was extremely clean, and front staff very courteous. I'm definitely staying at this hotel again the next time I'm in Hamburg, Germany."

"The hotel is beautiful and it's right beside the lake, short walk to the small lake and the main shopping area. There's a street opposite the train station that feels a little unsettling but we soon discovered other routes to avoid it. Would definitely recommend this hotel as they seem to have thought of everything. "

"Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "

"The rooms are great. View is great. Many good places to dine nearby. Train station right by the hotel. If possible take train to Hamburg. If by car, park the car by the hotel and take public transportation around the city. The breakfast buffet is a must have. It is superb. "
