"No telephone connection to Reception. No emergency pull cord in bathroom. These are both important for older guests, who might need to contact someone in an emergency, for example, in case of falling in their room. Reception staff were helpful and gave me a telephone number to call if needed, but until that point, as an older person, albeit a very fit one, I felt unsafe at night. Terrible location, given all the road works nearby."
