Spacious suite with Sauna, balcony area and really useful warming/drying cupboard.

What was great: Pyramid accomodation- plenty of space, beautiful, clean, great viewing Sauna / river plunge (was nice to be able to reverse this although for paying $850 per night this should have been included and not $23 pp) Staff- Particularly Magic Elf and Strawberry Snowflake elf were great! What was not: Being located in elves village was a bit weird, felt like being apart of an attraction versus a hotel. Would have been great to have a central building that was just a fireplace/reception/bar for the hotel open all day/night. If the property had this I feel like it may have been cute to stay here. Bright red aurora tower and lights- for being aurora accomodations there absolutely should have not been a bright red building with lights and constant lights on. Would have been great to have outside lights be motion sensored too so that they were off for aurora viewing.

Buena Ubicación, servicio del personal, los Restaurants, Bar y desayunos muy bien Lo único que el la limpieza del cuarto no lo hacen bien, había un calzón del huésped anterior y la limpieza no es total, incluyendo el baño se acumulaban manchas, restos..
