I realize this resort is new but lots of things weren’t right. There were no ice machines on our floor. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Our refrigerator had leaked all over the floor when we arrived. I bought a non alcoholic drink for 10$ and my debit card was charged $15. There were posters for decorations that looked cheap and there were supposed to be some kid activities that were non existent. The only perk was the location but that’s about it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Breakfast area is too small, area felt congested, They clean the rooms on a daily basis Staff was good, except, we arrived a little early before their posted check-in time and wouldn’t allow check-in before the posted 4 pm, first time we’ve had that happen. It’s been our experience with other hotel chains , if room was ready. They allowed us to check in. It wasn’t a problem but was the first time we’ve experienced the strict policy Overall it was fine

Everything was nice and clean but the A/C in room was not working well and I have even mentioned it to the front desk...there was no fix. Otherwise breakfast was good, pool cleanliness and was in the perfect spot nearby attractions.

"I liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. There was a nice area for my dog to go potty but was not made aware ahead of time that they were going to spray pesticide on ALL of the grassy areas around the hotel at one time and the little flag to make this aware would have been missed had another ..."
