It's a great home for families or groups of couples traveling together with three king bedroom suites. The main master in the back of the house has a sauna in the bathroom, and the second king master has a large bathroom with a double vanity, a whirlpool bath, and a separate walk-in shower. The third king bedroom (in the front of the house) also has a private bath, and there is a twin kids' bedroom with a trundle bed and direct access to a hall bathroom. Bring up to two dogs along. The living room/dining room has a vaulted ceiling and a large wall-mounted TV. The living area opens to a large sun porch with plenty of light and tranquil views of the fairway. The kitchen is off the living area, offering granite countertops, renovated cabinets, and newer appliances (including two refrigerators). There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen for casual dining. You can also find a new screened porch with a table for four, a loveseat, and a ceiling fan, as well as a new spacious deck with a grill and a table with an umbrella! This house is centrally located in West Beach, 700 yards from the beach and within close biking distance of the amenities in Freshfields Village. The property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels. Great location by the starting line. Quite a large house that more than fit our group of 4\. The dishwasher and washing machine were pluses. House has the essentials. No basic groceries though, so bring your own olive oil, sugar/honey, coffee, etc. It had a bit of a frat house feel, and we thought everything was a bit tired. Be aware that this is actually a somewhat corporate listing through a company called Vacasa (probably cheaper to book through them directly). Because of that, you don’t actually interface with the owner. Rather, all questions go through the service and whatever customer service person you happen to get. This detracts from the experience somewhat because they’re pretty rigid and just enforce the policies—no special exceptions for unusual circumstances. They’re pretty friendly and answer questions quickly though. Overall, I would recommend the house to a group of not-super-picky people (like a group of guys). We had fun. ##### Ursa H. So many great sitting places, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Sauna was a great touch! 2 fridges was also quite helpful. We even had a last minute dog join us - Vacasa was very accommodating.
