My family enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch and walking on the beach. Some of the units features are slightly dated…tile flooring; low bath cabinetry heights which probably could use an upgrade. The condo is super comfortable, and we loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching gators, deer, and egrets. The bed was great and the kitchen is very well stocked. Location was great - short walk to the hotel, beach, Tomaso, and central to the island. iTrip was really easy to work with. Recommend and hope to come back soon! ##### Erin R. It was easy to get to the beach and enjoy walks. We were able to walk over to the Sanctuary and have lunch. There’s an art gallery there too, which was also nice to visit. We were able to ride bikes everywhere. The Neighborhood has great trails and very well kept. When we arrived, there was a nice welcome gift for us, which was just an extra nice touch to start a wonderful week. We needed a dog friendly place and the dog gives it a 5 star rating as well! Love the close walk to tennis facility and beach and very quiet at night. The villa is clean, comfortably appointed, very conveniently located close to the beach and the Sanctuary (we walked to our dinners at the Sanctuary!). Our favorite part of the villa was its large balcony with views of the pond where you could enjoy the morning coffee and observe wildlife: alligators, turtles, and various birds.
