It is obvious that the Villa had been renovated recently as it is beautiful. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances. We loved the giant island with seating for 4 in addition to the 4 in the dining room that was great when friends stopped by. The bedroom was perfect and we slept well in the comfortable king sized bed. My favorite part of the villa has to be the views! When you walk in you can see the beautiful lagoon from all the windows. The second floor location is a must. While sitting on the couch or dining room table all you can see is water. My favorite part of my stay was sitting on the screened in balcony and watching the wildlife in the lagoon. It is a perfect place to spend a rainy day. The location is wonderful as well. Great for golfing and a quick walk to the beach and the Sanctuary for morning coffee or evening drinks. We enjoyed our trip to Kiawah! Had a few hiccups with the TV one night, but had help immediately that fixed it! Also, the hot water was only lukewarm in the shower, but the regulator needs adjusting, so hopefully that will get fixed after we leave. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we will be back! ---
